The road back to Lakeshore Road wasn't a straight line — and every turn taught us something about the kind of brokerage we wanted to be.
Chapter One
It started here,
on Lakeshore Road.
Our story began at RE/MAX Aboutowne — a downtown Oakville brokerage built on knowing the town rather than simply selling in it. Lakeshore Road, the harbour, the streets people actually walk: that was the whole business.
Those years set the standard we've carried into every chapter since — honest advice, real local knowledge, and agents who are given the support to do their best work.
Chapter Two
A bigger stage,
and a global name.
The opportunity came to join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices — one of the most recognized names in real estate anywhere in the world. It brought international reach, new systems, and a chance to see how the very best operate at scale.
We learned a great deal in those years about process, about marketing, and about what a brokerage owes the people who work inside it.
Chapter Three
When the ground shifted,
we built our own.
When Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices exited the Canadian market, we had a decision to make. Rather than wait for someone else's plan, in 2024 we founded Every Avenue Real Estate in affiliation with Royal LePage.
It was a brokerage designed from the ground up around a single idea: give agents a genuine team behind them — marketing, admin, coaching, support — so they can spend their time with clients instead of paperwork.
Chapter Four
Back where
it all began.
Today we are back at RE/MAX Aboutowne — the same downtown Oakville roots, the same team, with the global reach of the RE/MAX network behind us.
Everything we learned along the way came with us: the international standard, the systems, the support model we built ourselves. What hasn't changed is where we are, and who we are here for.
