Duncan is a dedicated Oakville-raised real estate agent who has been helping clients navigate the market since 2014. With award-winning success at RE/MAX, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and now Royal LePage, he has consistently ranked among the top agents in the GTHA.

In 2015, Duncan founded the Harvey McCreery Team, which has since surpassed over a billion dollars in sales volume. His leadership and vision helped launch the Oakville office for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2021, and most recently, he founded Every Avenue Real Estate, opening its flagship office in December 2024. Today, he continues to actively sell with the Harvey McCreery Team while also running the Every Avenue office—home to more than 40 agents.

Duncan’s deep local roots go back to the mid-1800s, when his family settled in Oakville and owned the Marlatt Tannery Company, once one of the town’s largest businesses. Before entering real estate, he coached with the Oakville Blades, leading one of the only minor hockey teams from Oakville to win the prestigious OHL Cup. He has carried that same competitive edge and drive into his real estate career. Known for his sharp attention to detail, strategic negotiation skills, and calm leadership, Duncan has earned a reputation for delivering results.
