While these transitions were often bittersweet, a recurring joy came from seeing young families step in, breathe new life into these homes, and begin their own stories.

Reneeta’s passion for real estate is complemented by a deep love for design and construction. Alongside her husband, Marco—an engineer—she has invested in renovations and new construction projects, gaining hands-on experience from the ground up. This journey sharpened her ability to evaluate properties holistically, from structural integrity and design potential to long- and short-term investment value.
