Fabianna is a proud Mississauga native, born and raised in the city she continues to call home. With a rich Latin background rooted in Cuban and Peruvian heritage, she brings a strong sense of culture, community, and connection into everything she does.

Before entering real estate, Fabianna built a solid foundation in client service and relationship management. She spent four years with Nike, developing discipline, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset, followed by four years at Credit Valley Golf & Country Club, where she worked across the Food & Beverage department with a strong focus on elevated member experience. These roles sharpened her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to deliver thoughtful, high-level service.

Now in real estate, Fabianna is focused on building a strong foundation while working closely with a dedicated support team to ensure her clients receive attentive care, clear communication, and trusted guidance throughout every step of the process. She is known for being collaborative, service-minded, and highly detail-oriented, always prioritizing her clients’ needs and experiences.

Outside of work, Fabianna loves spending time outdoors—especially hiking and camping, preferably as far north as possible—and is a devoted dog lover. Her appreciation for nature, balance, and meaningful connections carries through both her personal life and her professional approach.
