Neighbourhood Vibe

Wedged between Central Oakville and Bronte, running south of Rebecca Street and west from Dorval Drive to Third Line, with Lake Ontario closing the southern edge. Quiet, established and heavily treed — this is one of the older parts of town, and it shows in the canopy and the lot sizes rather than in any commercial bustle.

Overwhelmingly detached — around nine in ten homes — with roughly half built in 1960 or earlier and much of the rest through the 1960s and 70s. Original houses now stand beside renovations and full custom rebuilds, and several lakefront luxury estates line the shore.
