Neighbourhood Vibe

Bounded by Lake Ontario to the south, Dorval Drive west, Speers Road north and Sixteen Mile Creek east — which puts the waterfront, downtown Oakville and Kerr Village all within walking distance. Kerr Street has a European-village feel of cafés, independent restaurants and boutiques, while Speers Road handles the practical shopping and services.

Settled in the early 1800s and now one of the most architecturally diverse parts of town. Older bungalows sit beside modest townhouses, luxury condominiums, stately townhomes and modern detached infill. It divides into distinct pockets: West River with larger lots and mature trees, Kerr Village with bungalows and low-rise condos, and West Harbour at the lakefront where the newer luxury builds are.
